Howdy, welcome back to another edition of Record Time. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer. In addition to writing, I’ve been trying my hand at some graphic design lately. I’m working on custom album covers to accompany each Record Time drop so keep your eyes peeled for those on social media and the site.

This week, we’re diving into a high-energy playlist that’s perfect for those days when you need a little extra adrenaline. Inspired by Le Tigre’s hard-hitting punk track “Deceptacon,” this playlist serves up a healthy blend of high-energy rock genres, including indie, punk, alternative, and garage rock. If you’re getting ready to start a rock band and need some inspiration, this playlist has you covered.

So plug in, turn the volume to eleven, and let this playlist fuel your weekend. Keep the music loud and the vibes excellent. Happy Listening!
